EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have booked for an event and then need to cancel, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for a full refund of ticket price to occur.
If you cannot attend an event that has already been paid for, you are welcome to send another representative from your business to attend in your place.
If an event is cancelled by the Mackay Region Chamber of Commerce after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to you.
