Managing your Member Profile

You can access your membership information, and choose what others see in the Member Directory, through the Manage Membership page.  This guide shows you how to access your profile, and how to add/edit your profile information.

Sign in

When you go to the Manage Membership page, there is a sign in block. 

  • If you already have been provided with a password, enter this, along with the main email for your membership account.
  • If you don't know your password, or you have forgotten your password, click on 'Request Password'.  The password will then be sent to the main email registered for your membership account.
  • If you don't know the main email registered for your membership account, please email admin@mackayregionchamber.com.au to request these details.

about your business

The first panel of information available when you log in is 'About' your business.

In addition to making sure all of your business contact information is up to date, from this panel you can:

  • change your password;
  • see your membership renewal date; and
  • renew, upgrade or update your membership billing.

When you're finished, click on 'Save & Continue' to go to the next panel.

 


YOUR BUSINESS PROFILE

The second panel is all about the information you would like others to see in your Member Directory Profile.

If you would prefer your business not be listed, or your street address not be listed in the public member directory, tick them off here.

In the Business Card section, you can upload your logo, and add a short description about your products and services.  Logos are best:

  • with white or transparent background; and
  • square format, at 300px x 300px size.

Upload images to your profile in this section.  It is best to have 4-8 images, keeping them square, and maximum 900 x 900px.

Let other members know a bit more about what you have to offer in the Profile Description section.

Enter links to your business profiles, so others can follow and engage with you on social media.

And finally, select the categories that apply to your products and services.

When you're finished, click on 'Save & Continue' to go to the next panel.


DEALS

Here's where you can give other Chamber members details on an amazing deal or offer.

To create your deal:

  • Upload an image (preferrably 800px x 400px dimensions);
  • Enter a title;
  • Choose how the title appears (under, or on top of your image);
  • Give a description about your offer;
  • Add a barcode, QR code, or another image (optional); and
  • Click 'Create'

When you're finished, click on 'Save & Continue' to go to the next panel.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The 'Additional' Information panel allows you to add contacts to your profile (either for accounts or for public viewing), and allows you to see past membership and event payments and activities.

When you're finished, click on 'Save & Continue' to go to the next panel.


SIGNING OUT

When you have finished updating/viewing your membership profile, you can elect to sign out by click on 'Sign Out' (next to the 'Additional' panel tab).  Alternatively, you can remain signed in and, depending on your choice of internet browser and settings, you won't need to sign in next time you access the site.
